By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TraderBEE.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use TraderBEE.
TraderBEE is a trading journal, analytics, and record-keeping tool only. Nothing in the app — including Bee Insight, Bee Score, AI-generated suggestions, pattern detection, statistics, or any other feature — constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely and entirely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately import, parse, and calculate your trade data, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any imported data, calculation, P&L figure, analytics, or AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for independently verifying your records against your broker's official statements, particularly for tax filing, regulatory, or any financial reporting purpose. We are not liable for any decision made or loss incurred in reliance on data or analytics shown in the app.
You agree not to upload, post, store, or share any content — including journal entries, notes, images, file attachments, custom strategies (including those shared/marked as global or public), or any other user-generated content — that is: illegal; sexually explicit or pornographic; threatening, harassing, or abusive; hateful or discriminatory; infringing on another's intellectual property or privacy rights; or otherwise objectionable. Shared/global strategies must remain specific to legitimate trading content. You may not use TraderBEE to transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data, scrape or bulk-extract data, or interfere with the app's normal operation.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive activity (including account-sharing designed to circumvent plan limits), non-payment, or any reason at our discretion. No refund will be issued for any prepaid period upon termination for cause. You may delete your account at any time via Profile settings or by contacting support.
Paid tiers (HoneyBee, SmartBee, and any future paid tier) are billed on a recurring basis via our payment processor (Stripe) until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, with no partial refund for unused time, except where required by law.
TraderBEE relies on third-party services — including but not limited to Stripe (payments), broker data you import, and AI/LLM providers used for import mapping and insight generation. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of these third parties. Use of Stripe is additionally subject to Stripe's own terms.
TraderBEE, its design, code, and branding are the property of ApisTrader. You retain ownership of the content you create (journal entries, notes, custom strategies), but grant us a license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the service. Shared/global strategies you choose to make public may be viewed (but not edited) by other users.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APISTRADER AND TRADERBEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApisTrader, its officers, and affiliates from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@apistrader.com. [Optional, recommended: add binding arbitration + class-action-waiver language here — this specifically needs a lawyer, as enforceability varies by state.]
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ApisTrader regarding the Service.
